Order Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. -
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are only possible if the delivered item is defective or an incorrect design. -
Ready-to-Pick Items:
May be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. -
Made-to-Order Items:
Made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Defective Products

Notification of Defect:
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, description of the defect, and clear photos or videos. -
Return Process:

Once reported, we will guide you through returning the item to our address in Pakistan.

Shipping and customs charges for the return are to be covered by the customer.

Upon receiving the item, we will assess the defect.

Investigation & Resolution:
We carry out a thorough review including visual inspection and documentation checks. Based on findings, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in exceptional cases, at the discretion of Aleena Fareena. -
Discretion of the Brand:
Aleena Fareena reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds, replacements, or exchanges based on the outcome of its investigation.

In the Terms & Conditions, the brand reaffirms that exchanges or refunds are generally not accepted, except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.

Conditional exchanges may be offered as store credit for faulty items reported within 48 hours.
Customized orders or orders with applied discount codes are not eligible for any return, refund, or chargeback.
