What payment methods are available?
You can make the payment through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer on made-to-order articles, UAE bank transfers for our customers in UAE, Western Union/Ria, and Money gram for international customers.
Can I modify my order once I have placed it?
Yes, you can change your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing it and it can only be canceled before it is shipped
What if the product color is not as shown in the picture?
All pictures on our website are a representation of the actual products. We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and different digital devices you might be using, the color in the image may vary slightly from the actual color of the product. Please review all the images of the product you desire BEFORE placing your order, as we do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.
Why was my order canceled?
We try to fulfill every single order we receive but your order may get canceled due to the following reasons:
– The product is out of stock
– Pricing errors
– Credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
How long does it take to dispatch the order?
Orders are processed as soon as possible and dispatched usually within 2 days (excluding weekends).
Please note in exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and dispatch your order promptly.
Can I exchange my order?
Any product purchased can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
– The product(s) delivered is faulty, damaged, or defective.
– The received product(s) differs from the original order.
– Anything is missing from the product(s).
For the avoidance of doubt, minor variations in the color of the product (in comparison to digital shoot images) will not be considered a manufacturing defect, as such variations are a normal outcome during the manufacturing process.
Can I make return my order and get a refund?
Refunds will only be issued if the delivered product is damaged and the customer does not want a replacement. In all other cases, a store credit will be issued to the customer. Please note that a slight variation in color will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Can I return or exchange the sale items?
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the merchandize is defective.
