Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product [email protected]¬†within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.


We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we have a refund policy in place for products that are delivered damaged, discolored, or with an incorrect design. All articles are final sales unless one of the above scenarios occurs. If you have received a product that falls under any of these categories, you can claim a refund within 10 days of the date of delivery. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request and if approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return and refund process.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. Aleena Fareena may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
